The training framework revolves around a solid foundation of General movement proficiency to promote the best progress into Specialized and more Specific movement patterns to you.
We use the Functional Movement Systems model of Reset, Reinforce, Reload to improve movement performance. This framework helps create resiliency in the body and decreases the risk for injury. The only difference between rehab and higher levels of strength training is your starting point. We understand that everyone has a different starting point, but our training framework allows us to move you forward safely from wherever yours is.
