I’ve seen a couple of rehab specialists in the past, and it’s easy to say that Ian is by far the best. Instead of just fighting my symptoms, he was able to diagnose the root issue—and more impressively, explain it to me. Starting from my symptoms, we traced everything back to certain weaknesses, tightness, and habitual actions that were causing the problem. That gave me a clear understanding of why I’m doing the specific exercises.
Ian is very skilled trainer who really helped me to work through my lower back pain. He's encouraging and very knowledgable. He helped to make the gym a less intimidating place for me, and I built up confidence to strength train without injuring myself. I can't recommend working with Ian enough!

A Colorado Springs training center that is dedicated to helping individuals surpass physical setbacks and achieve peak performance. Our in-house physical therapist provides medical treatment, while our Medical Exercise Specialists lead post-rehab and movement performance training. Through our Reset, Reinforce, Reload framework, we restore movement efficiency, build strength and capacity, and develop long-term physical resiliency.
