Owner & Lead Trainer
Ian Merrin
Ian earned his B.S. in Kinesiology from Cal State San Marcos and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) and Medical Exercise Specialist (METI-MES). In 2019, he founded Momentum Training Center in Colorado Springs, building a trusted hub for clients who value his expertise, dedication, and leadership. As an athlete himself, Ian helps people of all ages reach their goals through safe, effective, and personalized exercise. Outside the gym, he enjoys rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and soaking up Colorado’s active lifestyle with friends and the local climbing community. Known as a good person, friend, trainer, and leader, Ian brings the same energy and care to every client he works with.

Personal Trainer
Logan Scott
Logan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fitness & Human Performance from the University of Houston and advanced certifications as a Medical Exercise Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Golf Fitness Specialist. She's an active, adventure-loving person who has experienced her own injuries and setbacks, which makes her relatable to those in pain or navigating recovery. Logan has a genuine passion for her clients as they become more like family as they maneuver into moving and functioning better.

Physical Therapist
Dr. Christian Wade
Dr. Christian Wade is a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Fort Worth, TX, inspired by growing up with an older brother with Cerebral Palsy and his own recovery from injury. After earning his doctorate from Texas Woman’s University, he gained experience across 10 clinics in 5 states, shaping a holistic, evidence-based approach focused on reducing pain, restoring movement, and building long-term resilience. Now based in Colorado with his wife and child, Dr. Wade lives the active lifestyle he promotes, empowering patients through movement, education, and preventative care.

Physical Therapist
Dr. Nathan Wrzesinki PT, DPT, FAAOMPT
Nathan earned his BS from Elmhurst College and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Indiana State University. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT) and holds a Diploma in Osteopractic. Nathan has extensive training treating pelvic health conditions in both men and women. Before physical therapy, Nathan worked as a welder, gymnastics coach, and advanced trampolinist. Outside the clinic, he enjoys cooking, gaming, and spending time with his wife, Sam, and their two dogs, Nugget and Winston. Originally from the Chicago suburbs, he recently relocated to Colorado from Northern Indiana.
