I have been training with Becca for about 2 years now, and LOVE the new space! She is always available to answer questions, is patient, and doesn't judge. She offers recovery support, nutritional advice, as well as helps me figure out what exercises I should do at home / at the gym to help me reach my goals. While I see Becca, I would recommend any trainer at Momentum! The atmosphere is so much better than any other training facility I've been too - they really make you feel like a part of a family rather than a general client.

After having physical therapy for hip pain, I was fearful of getting hurt again. I needed guidance. That's when I started training with Ian. He has extensive knowledge of body structure and functions. He is so kind and patient in teaching me proper form while challenging me to do more than I think I can. As a result, I'm stronger, more flexible, have better balance, and a much improved walk. I'm looking forward to gaining more confidence and further improvement with Ian.
